Shipping Policies
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping within Trinidad and Tobago. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You will be able to see the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, orders within Trinidad and Tobago are delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.
- Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your delivery.
Refund & Exchanges
1. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
2. Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
3. Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise.
- Return requests must be created within 30 days of your original order date.
- You may not return Custom Orders or Sale Items.
- All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Return processing time may take 3 to 5 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
5. Refused or Undeliverable Packages:
Packages that are returned to us as “Refused” or “Undeliverable” by the courier are not eligible for a shipping refund. Re-shipping is subject to additional shipping charges. You may select any of our shipping methods for re-shipping.
